THE challenge: 

PepsiCo's employees that stock their products and set up the product displays daily thorough-out the world were using outdated tools to do so, causing loss of revenue due to inefficient process. Employees used multiple devices and applications to track product stock and to communicate to managers and other staff daily.

THE SOLUTION: 

Design and develop a one stop solution that allows the employees to not only scan product, but to also communicate product needs and any issues related to both products and store issues. Also gave the user access to information regarding optimal displays for products.

USER RESEARCH:

Our user research was done through user interviews and job shadowing in the field. We met with Farmers, observed them using the current set of tools, took notes and asked plenty of questions.

Persona & JOURNEY MAPPING:

After spending time with the farmers, we were able to put together some user persona's. 

 

WIREFrames:

Once the user journey mapping and persona's were completed, we moved onto the wireframing phase.

 

 
 
 
 
 

Visual Design:

After testing the wireframes with users, we reiterated and then headed into visual design
